Visualization of Protein Ligand Graphs (VPLG) uses a graph-based model to describe the structure of proteins on the super-secondary structure level. A protein-ligand graph is computed from the atomic coordinates in a PDB file and the secondary structure assignments of the DSSP algorithm. In this graph, vertices represent secondary structure elements (SSEs, usually alpha helices and beta strands) or ligand molecules, while the edges model contacts and relative orientations between them. The graphs can be visualized, written to a database, and saved in a text-based file format.
Release Notes: Folding graphs, i.e. connected components of protein ligand graphs, can now also be exported in all formats. You can also configure VPLG to add metadata (e.g. species) to exported graphs in comments (for export formats that support comments but no graph metadata).
Airtime lets you take total control of your radio station via the Web with intelligent archive management, powerful search, an easy playlist builder, a simple scheduling calendar, and rock-solid automated playout. Features include fades, cues, playlists, a programme calendar, Icecast, Shoutcast, and Soundcloud integration, DJ and station manager roles, JQuery widgets, Liquidsoap playout, and a record and rebroadcast functionality. Powerful media archive features 'watch' folders to allow stations to magically synchronize files, auto-import files, and has multiple directory support. Users can interact with it through any Web browser. It comes with an 'easy install' package.
Release Notes: This release has smart playlists and new live assist modes. Users can now configure and rebroadcast remote live input streams from the Web, DJ programs, or smartphone applications used by broadcast journalists. Improvements to the library management improve archive searching and programming, allowing the professionals to take advantage of new FLAC, WAV, AAC, and ReplayGain support.
jOOQ effectively combines complex SQL, type safety, source code generation, active records, stored procedures, advanced data types, and Java in a fluent, intuitive DSL.
Release Notes: This release has a new main feature: the type-safe support for row value expressions also known as tuples, up to a degree of 8. The API is formed in a similar way as pre-existing tuple support in languages like C# or Scala. Scala integration has also been improved through the new jOOQ-Scala module, which provides some useful implicit defs for operator overloading. Future versions of jOOQ-Scala may experiment with Scala 2.10's Macros.

The Big Faceless Java PDF Viewer is a Swing component that can display PDF documents. It is intended for developers who don't require the full API. The PDF Viewer can be installed as an applet, an application, via Java Web Start, or embedded in a Swing application. The viewer can be tailored to include just the features you need, and is a cost-effective solution for those needing the features of Adobe Acrobat on a Java platform.
Release Notes: Viewer: changing or closing a PDF in a DocumentPanel may now call PDF.close(). This will immediately free resources for the PDF (allowing the file to be deleted on Windows), but if anyone is still holding a link to the PDF object after its DocumentPanel has closed, it will cause problems. Viewer: PagePanel has been completely refactored to better handle interruptions and fix a number of special case rendering errors. Note that this release does not allow the page to be changed once set. Viewer: Windows L&F now has the Cancel button on the right (the Windows way).
