webon is a Web content management system. It provides an access log to check who has visited your site. It has a counter that lets anybody know the number of people who have visited your site.
Release Notes: This release adds a password table to Database, fixes jQuery files, and adds an admin page.
Le Biniou works with music, voice, ambient sounds, and whatever acoustic source you chose. When you run Le Biniou, it gives a revolutionary rendering of the sound you are playing. You can entirely manage the sequences and chose your own series of pictures from the default library, your colour scales, and the kind of alteration you want to apply, or you can let Le Biniou's artificial intelligence run on its own. Forget the old visualizations you are familiar with and discover a new multidimensional (spatial and chromatic) way of comprehending music and sounds for artistic, recreational, or didactic purposes.
Release Notes: This release adds various build/packaging enhancements.
Ctalk adds classes, methods, operator overloading, inheritance, and complex object expressions to otherwise standard C programs. Programs can use only a few Ctalk objects and methods in an otherwise standard C program, but the language can be used to write entire programs also. Ctalk works on most if not all of the systems that support GCC, the GNU C compiler. The package includes the language, class and run-time libraries, example programs, tutorial, and language reference.
Release Notes: This release adds support for drawing XPM graphics in X11 windows, the ctxlogo demonstration program, updated argument checking at runtime, an implementation of the "continue" keyword within argument blocks, updates to the ctpp preprocessor, and many minor bugfixes and performance improvements.
codecrypt is a GnuPG-like program for encryption and signing that uses only quantum-computer-resistant algorithms.
Release Notes: This release adds a minor padding improvement and a possible known-plaintext message authenticity attack fix in symmetric encryption.
Mavscript allows the user to do calculations in a text document. Plain text and OpenOffice Writer files (odt) are supported. The calculation is done by the algebra system Yacas or by the Java interpreter BeanShell.
Release Notes: This release improves LaTeX support. Support for Jasymca has been added. Jasymca is an algebra system with an Octave-like scripting language. The standard engine remains the computer algebra system Yacas, which has been updated.
The Epoch Init System is an init system for Linux designed with ease of configuration and non-intrusiveness in mind. It has no external dependencies besides libc and pthreads on a Linux 2.6+ system, though a working /bin/sh is suggested. It's suitable for large and small Linux distributions, but was designed with a focus on smaller Linux systems. It's features include a log system capable of recording boot events before the filesystem is made writable, ASCII runlevels, a convenient, single configuration file setup, automatic hostname setting at boot, automatic virtual filesystem mounting (think /proc), PID file support, stuck job killing during bootup and shutdown, integrated color greeting banner support, and automatic service restart support, to keep vital services running at all times.
Release Notes: This release fixes a critical bug with PID and PID file wait timeouts being interpreted as minutes rather than seconds. The previous release 1.1 is safe, but you may experience overly-long delays during shutdown if a service doesn't stop quickly.
gPodder is a Podcast receiver/catcher written in Python and pyGTK. It manages podcast feeds for you, and automatically downloads all podcasts from as many feeds as you like. If you are interested in Podcast feeds, simply put the feed URLs into gPodder and it will download all episodes for you automatically. If there is a new episode, it will get it for you. It supports download resume, if the server supports it.
Release Notes: This release fixed the TED subtitles extension, updated the audio enqueue extension, and added a new MPRIS listener extension, video concatenation extension, and Rockbox cover art sync extension. Empty download folders and download files are now deleted chronologically by default. Vimeo integration was fixed. The default application data location is now used on OS X. The XSPF plugin was removed, as it was broken.
wgms3d is a full-vectorial electromagnetic waveguide mode solver. It computes the modes of dielectric waveguides at a specified wavelength using a second-order finite-difference method. The waveguide cross section may consist of several adjacent regions of constant refractive index (i.e., step-index profiles). Dielectric interfaces do not have to be aligned with the discretization grid; they may be arbitrarily slanted or curved. The entire waveguide may be curved along the propagation direction. Leakage and curvature losses can be computed using Perfectly Matched Layers as absorbing boundaries.
Release Notes: This release introduced a new parallel / distributed eigensolver backend based on MPI / PETSc / SLEPc for large-scale simulations. You can choose during configuration stage whether to use the new parallel solver, or the old one (based on SuperLU / ARPACK). Some of the Matlab scripts were fixed for compatibility with GNU Octave.
Asymptote is a powerful descriptive 2D and 3D vector graphics language for technical drawing, inspired by MetaPost but with an improved C++-like syntax. It provides for figures the same high-quality level of typesetting that LaTeX does for scientific text. Asymptote is a programming language as opposed to just a graphics program. It can exploit the best features of script (command-driven) and graphical user interface (GUI) methods. High-level graphics commands are implemented in the language itself, allowing them to be easily tailored to specific applications.
Release Notes: Compilation issues were addressed. A workaround for the broken stringstream container in Mac OS X 10.9 libc++ was implemented. The OpenGL zoom/menu button was fixed.
The Objeck computer language is an object-oriented computing language with functional features that has ties with Java, C#, and Pascal. In this language, all data types are treated as objects. The language consists of a compiler and VM with an accompanying memory management and JIT compiler.
Release Notes: Major bugfixes and new features added including support for an alternative C-like syntax. A compiler limitation was addressed, adding support for nested method calls that include arrays. For example, 'Int->New[size]->Size()->PrintLine()'. A crash-causing bug in the memory manager was fixed. An issue with the 'String->Find(offset, pattern)' API was fixed. The documentation was refreshed and new code examples were added.
Embedthis Pak is a simple package manager for embedded applications. It makes it easy to retrieve, integrate, and manage components for embedded applications. An online Pak catalog provides tested, integrated componens that work together. It is not intended as a generic package manager to install complete applications. It implements the CommonJS Package specification and uses Git as back-end storage for packages. Pak calls packages "paks". This is not a misspelling.
Release Notes: This minor release contains fixes to not overwrite files by default. SemVer version expression testing was fixed.
