Release Notes: This new release supports rendering of comments in MS Word to fixed-page formats such as PDF and introduces new options which allow you to choose how fonts are exported to PDF, with options to use standard core PDF fonts or system installed fonts instead of embedding fonts into the document. Using either of these options results in significant reductions in the file size of generated PDFs. A number of improvements were made in the handling of RTF control words.
Release Notes: This release allows removing various items from the document while a mail merge is performed. It includes a new set of features that allow further control of how documents are generated during mail merge. With the introduction of the new mail merge cleanup options, the old MailMerge.RemoveEmptyRegions property has now become deprecated. It has now been replaced with the MailMergeCleanOptions. Moreover it adds Table layout improvements, east Asian typography improvements in layout, and many improvements in RTF, DOC, DOCX, ODT, and HTML codecs.

There is a mechanism for the user to receive warnings from Aspose.Words during loading, converting, and saving documents. There are warnings whenever a minor or major formatting or data loss occurs when converting a document. There is improvement in the public API for working with tables.

EMF and WMF metafiles are rendered to images when converting to HTML and EPUB. Rendering of document pages to PNG, JPEG, and BMP is supported. Framesets are supported in DOCX and WordML 2003. This release includes over 100 features and fixes. Options were added to customize the UI of the Aspose.Words Flash Document Viewer. Mergefields that contain a full stop are not populated during mail merge in the Java demos.
Release Notes: This important release includes field update and table of contents (TOC) improvements. A decrease in performance that was present since version 9.6 has been eliminated. Aspose.Words can update most of the fields in a document and do so exactly as Microsoft Word would have done it. The TOC is generated for the entire document and includes correct formatting and page numbers. The field update feature in Aspose.Words is quite mature now.
