Call Center Reloaded was designed to allow small to medium size call centers to quickly log calls. It features knowledge base search, call archives (automatic after 2 months), a control panel, and New Call and Closed Calls sections to help keep the call center organized. It also features multiple levels of call center users, including managers, technicians, and technicians with elevated access.
