Release Notes: This release fixes some multi-session bugs introduced in 2.01a11. The sector/track mode options were completely reworked to make them really usable. There are new sector/track mode options -xa and - xamix. Mkisofs now allows creation of conforming XA images that includes the sector subheader as used on the Kodak Photo CD.

Release Notes: In this version, grace time handling was restructured. There are massive changes needed for a MMC-3 framework to support DVD+RW and DVD+R, better error messages from main write loop, and warnings for the user if writing fails because of a non-blank preformatted media. A bug in multi-session handling indroduced recently with driver restructuring was fixed, the Plextor PowerRec speed info was moved past writing, and mkisofs now creates a XA "CD-XA001" signature in PVD with -XA or -xa.

Release Notes: All publicly known Plextor drive features are now supported (PowerRec, SpeedRead, SingleSession, Hide-CDR, Read Burn-Proof counter) although the corresponding SCSI commands had to be guessed. A new option -setdropts was added to allow cdrecord to set driver-specific options and exit. This version is now starting to support SCSI reset on SCO-UnixWare, fixes the command line parser for driveropts= parameters, includes a new option -lock, and supports DAO for the CW-7501. cdda2wav now works again with broken CD extra disks. mkisofs is now using char translation for 8-bit characters that are used with -iso-level 4 (ISO-9660:1999).

Release Notes: The program now tries to catch SIGHUP to avoid hung recorders after people close X11 by accident. The program also tries to print hints if the SCSI error looks like a buffer underrun. The first attempt to support QNX SCSI was implemented. A better SCSI adaptation layer was written for SCO Unixware. schckeck now tries to check if multiple scg_open() requests work. An initial (hacky) implementation of a way to meter the read speed for gnuplot was made. A Rock Ridge Bug in mkisofs was fixed.
