Release Notes: This is primarily a bugfix/workaround release. In short, more pages behave correctly through CGIProxy. URL handling has been cleaned up in proxy_encode(), proxy_decode(), and their JS counterparts, and wrapper functions are now used for them. Some cookie details are now handled as per browser behavior (though not necessarily as per the spec). Handling of several JS operators has been reworked.
