Citizen Intelligence Agency is a project with the goal to increase the surveillance of Swedish parliament members. This will be done by analyzing the votes of each member of parliament and creating views related to the relations between them. It uses Maven, MySQL, JPA2, Spring 3.x, and Vaadin.

Release Notes: XSD/JAXB data APIs were prepared for importing data for EU votes, Swedish election regions, and new XML feeds from Swedish Parliament (the Riksdag). The org chart for Sweden and the UI were improved. Quartz jobs added to the JavaMelody monitor. Ehcache was updated to 2.0.1, Jetty to 7.0.2.v20100331, and logback-core to 0.9.20.
