Release Notes: Bugfixes, portability improvements, an expanded threshold monitoring facility, an optional speedup to the collector that burns some memory in return for lots of speed, some other significant performance improvements, SNMPv2 support, and some approaches to deal with SNMP counter wrap. It is mostly backward-compatible with 1.0.2. Most notable in the platform arena is support for Windows 2000, in addition to the wide range of Unix systems on which it known today. Win2K support includes an interface to perfmon and Web-Based Enterprise Management (WBEM).
