Release Notes: This is the third (and probably last) release candidate for version 1.3. A number of problems found in the second release candidate have been fixed. Apart from bugfixes, the most significant improvement is a reimplementation of the tree view feature (see GENERATE_TREEVIEW in the configuration file), which has become much more efficient.

Release Notes: The main reason for this release is to expose the new comment block parser to a wider audience. This new parser validates the input and produces better warnings in the presence of typos and more robust output. Apart from that change, a number of new features have been added and a number of bugs have been fixed.
