Projects / Faq-O-Matic

The Faq-O-Matic is a CGI-based system that automates the process of maintaining a FAQ (or Frequently Asked Questions list). It allows visitors to your FAQ to take part in keeping it up-to-date. A permission system also makes it useful as a help-desk application, bug-tracking database, or documentation system.

          Sorting or Expirations Needed
This is a great tool, people that never document anything can be embarrased into using it.

My only warning would be that you need a periodic house-cleaning; it would be wonderful if you could sort by date or better yet force updates. When you have thousands of answers, it is time-consuming to find the right one.
