Frinika is a free, complete music workstation program for Linux, Windows, Mac OS X Tiger, and other operating systems running Java 1.5 (J2SE5.0). It features a sequencer, soft-synths, real-time effects, and audio recording.

Release Notes: It is now possible to click "Apply" on Audio out device settings. The MySampler RecorderGUI now works on Windows. It is now possible to select the audio in device in mySampler. Better latency compensation was provided for MySampler and issues with audio being lost during recording were fixed. MySampler can now record and store stereo samples and will not fail when opening projects when a required external MIDI device is not connected. Different sample rate settings in JACK are now supported.
