Release Notes: The scrolling track-playing label has been backported from the 0.3.0 development work. It doesn't quite fit aesthetically in a few ways.
Release Notes: A missing dependency on python-pyvorbis in debian/control has been added. Extraction of the 'nice' part of the HAL drive UDI (e.g. 'NEC_DVD_RW_ND_3540A') has been disabled. This wasn't being used anywhere, and the regular expression isn't matching for some drive UDI's, which prevented FUPlayer from starting.
Release Notes: This release fixes a serious bug that prevented FUPlayer from starting if ~/.fuplayer/ did not already exist. A few other bugs are fixed, and a few minor features added.
Release Notes: The GUI and underlying model were fundamentally redesigned. FUPlayer now uses an iTunes-style interface. The new interface is very snappy and does not suffer from the performance issues of 0.11. Having no CDROM drive no longer breaks FUPlayer. Support for MusicBrainz extended metadata was added. Proper multi-artist album support was added. MusicBrainz disc metadata is cached for offline use. CD metadata is now editable. The program now warns the user if ripping a CD will overwrite existing files. GNOME session awareness was added. A more conventional Major.Minor.Micro version naming is now used.
