GEDEON (GEstion de DEmandes par OrdiNateur) is a French helpdesk and ticket tracking software. Its aim is to be really easy to install for admins and easy to use for users.

Release Notes: Group management has been added. Requests can now be assigned to a group directly by users. Groups or members can be associated to the treatment of a request. Several bugfixes and small enhancements were done.
