gfilesplit

GFileSplit is a very simple GNOME app to split a file into fixed size pieces and to join the pieces back into the original file. In the post-floppy era, this can still be useful because of size limits on mail attachments.

    Release Notes: Lazy split/join routines were replaced with much safer ones, reusing code from GNU textutils. An option to remove piece files after joining was added. Minor interface improvements were made.
