Release Notes: A public interface was added for capturing issues directly from your Web site or application. The ability to manage project processes (such as SDLC and DMAIC), manage your deployment environments (development, test, and production), manage multiple versions of your project, and manage deployments of versions to an environment was also added. LiveHelp is now provided for unlimited chat support with a CSR. A new look and feel was implemented to better manage screen real estate.
