        Release Notes: ivtools now compiles on Windows NT 4.0 with the Cygwin development environment (you still need an X server), and idraw has been modified to draw horizontal text in landscape mode.

            Release Notes: Transformations of graphics (move/scale/stretch/rotate) are now fully animated in the drawing editors and the configure script has been improved.

              Release Notes: Asynchronous incremental rasters by URL, shared memory used for all rasters, Ctrl-K (delete-until-end-of-line) and middle-click (paste current selection) support added for filechooser dialog boxes, complete PERCEPS extractable HTML class documentation, upgraded to ACE-4.6, y2k test added as well as legacy glyph examples.
