    Release Notes: Introduction of a default dict server (www.dict.org), a fix for cumbersome formulation in CHARITY (where it wasn't clearly stated that the donations go to the charity organizations, and not to the author).

      Release Notes: net.zuckerfrei.jcfd.Configuration was fixed to correctly discover the port number. jcfd.properties were moved to the contrib directory. A more detailed API doc was written, but is not yet finished. A very simple command line client is now built and ready for use. Appropriate changes were made to build.xml. The README was updated to reflect the changes in the software.
