Release Notes: This version includes a complete re-write. It now supports over 15 programming languages, and numerous version control systems, debuggers, documentation formats, and build tools. It can use any editor supporting the KTextEditor interfaces as native KDevelop editor, for example, kate, qEditor, and kvim. It natively supports build tools such as automake, qmake, and ant, meaning that KDevelop does not maintain its own object repository.
