libb64 is a library of ANSI C routines for fast encoding and decoding of data into and from the base64-encoded format. C++ wrappers are included, as well as the source code for standalone encoding and decoding executables.

Release Notes: This release fixes a long-standing bug in src/cdecode.c which caused value_in to be incorrectly checked against the bounds [0..decoding_size). It adds some simple example code to answer some of the most common misconceptions people have about the library's usage.
Release Notes: There is a minor bugfix to encode.h. It now uses the provided istream argument instead of standard input.
