Release Notes: This release adds the tool virt-builder to rapidly and securely create new virtual machines. User-Mode Linux (UML) can now be used as a backend (instead of KVM). virt-resize and virt-sysprep can use URIs to work on remote disks. Bindings have been added for the Go programming language.
