Release Notes: This release adds bugfixes to make the '-r' and '-s' switches and automatic change-rules work correctly, reorders some includes for glibc-2.2 compilation, and adds a compile time option 'HP_TTRC' to add a 150ms delay to the boot process to accommodate the HP TTRC card.
Release Notes: This release works better with the Reiser File System, and adds new diagnostic capabilities. Internal changes also allow booting kernels with larger real-mode setup codes (2.4.0 and later).
Release Notes: This is a maintenance release to fix problems with some of the more obscure features of LILO. The four patch files which have been incorporated into 21.5 are contained in the "obsolete" directory at the alternate (developer's) site. Major release 21.5 is still considered current.
Release Notes: Updates to support booting from disks > 1024 cylinders using a new lba32 option (-L new command line switch), and a menu-driven user interface to the Linux boot process. This release is fully backward compatible with earlier releases.
Release Notes: Updates relevant for RAID users were made. 21.4.3 is still current if you are not using RAID. With this release, John Coffman has formally taken over maintenance of LILO from Werner Almesberger. Many thanks are due Werner for his continuing efforts over the years.
Release Notes: RAID patches which go beyond the RedHat 6.2 patches in 21.4.2.
Release Notes: The 1024-cylinder limit has been removed by a patch that uses the EDD bios extensions and supports up to 2 TB disks.
