Release Notes: This release adds new themes to the project, changes the passwords coding method in MySQL fields (it is now MD5), makes $HTTP_*_VARS $_ superglobals arrays, and adds new options in dumps: DELETE FROM __table__ and USE __dbname__. The translation method has been changed; it is now done with GNU gettext and PO (and binary MO) files (classes/Localize.php file has been deleted from the project). OpenClinic CSS has changed. The new design does not use tables for layout purposes. The layout is now made with div and span tags; it looks fine in the most recent browsers.
Release Notes: This release adds an install/wizard.php file, a DLIB_MYSQL_VERSION constant in the admin/dump_defines.php file, and new themes (Thai Appserv, OpenClinic Wizard, Izhal, and Invision).
