Release Notes: This is the first 1.0a release that provides RPM packages. It contains further fixes to the FHS installation of OGo, e.g. the daemons are now installed in /usr/sbin/ instead of /bin. The daemons now have different default ports and therefore do not require configuration. A lot of minor issues and bugs were fixed. The contained ZideStore now has extensive support for RSS (e.g. for retrieving notes attached to a project).
Release Notes: This release further enhances FHS compatibility. Templates, themes, and translations are now installed in FHS locations. xmlrpcd and nhsd can now be installed in parallel to other OGo versions. Issues with calendar prefs, contact importing, titles and footers for tasklists, and xmlrpcd have been fixed.
Release Notes: The most important change is that it now installs in FHS roots (such as /usr/local/ or /usr/), so it won't require a GNUstep environment for deployment and will support flattened GNUstep trees. A lot of dependencies on third-party packages were reduced. Less configuration is now required. All current bugfixes have been incorporated. Enhancements and performance improvements that were made since the release in July 2003 have been incorporated.
Release Notes: SKYRIX Software AG released the source of the SKYRiX 4.1 server and turned SKYRiX 4 into OpenGroupware.org. Besides going open source, b192 includes many previously unpublished SKYRiX components, like the Publisher CMS and the SandStorm-based XML-RPC environment.
Release Notes: Job application now tracks work amounts, distances, and completeness, and can generate reports on that information on a per-project basis. Whole contact queries can be saved into either a custom tab in the search panel or into a popup. Found contact records can be bookmarked in a new favorites tab for fast access. Birthdays can be imported in the contact CSV importer. There are several smaller improvements in the Web mailer, mostly to support the Courier mail server. The scheduler now supports "all day" events.
Release Notes: The maximum number of appointments created for a sequence is not configurable. Various smaller bugs were fixed in the mailer, including a problem with Outlook attachments, and a problem with auto-login for IMAP. Some input validation code was added to the scheduler. The migration tools now correctly import private addressbooks.
Release Notes: The administration application now allows you to edit the system-wide defaults. A "fail-over" mechanism was added to longer form pages to ensure that input isn't lost when a session times out. CSV importing for contacts and company records now works better with "broken" CSV files. The basics required for the new DocShare and ZideStore modules were also included.
Release Notes: Some of the improvements include support for Cyrus vacation mails, a CSV address importer in the contacts module, scrolling in maillists, on-demand loading of mail attachments, appointment notification using SMS, a modularized update process, print view and quota support in the mailer, appointment categorization, user-specific mailing lists, a configurable CTI dial link, improved LDAP support, a better UI for moving appointments, and the use of temporary files when composing huge email messages.
Release Notes: Debian 3.0 is now supported, and Debian packages are now available. A problem in which the actor wasn't shown in logtabs has been fixed. Deletion is now possible from forms, and form letters now work with PostgreSQL. A bug in session management and a bug with detecting a missing database were fixed. Palm syncing on Linux (nhsc) now works correctly. Mail filters are now supported with Cyrus 2.x.
Release Notes: This release fixes some bugs, including a problem where the mail link in the enterprise contact module was broken, a bug in the unique constraint processing of PostgreSQL that required a change of the database scheme, so that no duplicate entries can be created, a bug that broke the server when rolling back a PostgreSQL transaction, and in the Palm sync module the possibility to create a SKYRiX document from a memo entry is now disabled when no document management module is installed. Team jobs were also broken when no project module was installed, this is fixed now (team jobs without an associated project are now possible).
