Release Notes: This release features a speedup for handling files without xattrs, more forgiving file name encoding under Python 3, and improvements to the test suite.
Release Notes: A number of significant bugs (refcount leaks and potential NULL-pointer dereferences) have been fixed. Furthermore, compatibility with Python 3 has been improved. This, however, required changing the meaning of the "namespace" argument to the functions: if passed, None is no longer a valid value; pass an empty string if (due to the structure of your program) you have to pass this argument but want to specify no namespace.
Release Notes: This release adds support for Python 3.x and improved support for Unicode filenames.
Release Notes: A new set of functions with a different, namespace-aware API has been added. The license has been changed to LGPL 2.1.
Release Notes: Some bugs related to symlink handling were fixed.
