qBittorrent is a C++/Qt4.2 bittorrent client based on libtorrent. It is stable and featureful, with low CPU/memory usage. It features multiple simultaneous downloads, DHT (Trackerless) support, utorrent Peer eXchange (PeX) support, connection through a proxy, selective downloading (only some files in a torrent), downloading in order, Audio/Video file previewing while downloading, tracker authentication, an integrated search engine (as in eMule), downloads from URLs, translations in many languages (20+), torrent creation, Upload/Download limitations, Unicode support, an IP filter (eMule format), and directory scanning (adding torrents automatically).
Release Notes: This release includes a lot of interesting new features such as Peer Exchange (PeX) support, autocompletion, new system tray popups, better internationalization, and a lot of code rewriting (optimized and cleaned up). It is also based on libtorrent 0.12 and Qt 4.2. A lot of bugs have been fixed.
Release Notes: A torrent addition dialog was added. A user is allowed to change the DHT port. An action was added to remove files from the download list and the hard drive. GUI settings are remembered in a cleaner way on restart. A Finnish translation was added. Layout in torrent properties was fixed. The right click menu was made to work for multiple selection in the download list. UTF-8 support in paths and filenames was fixed. Connection status in the toolBar is not clickable anymore. The save path is displayed in the torrent properties window.
Release Notes: Updated French, Polish, Dutch, Swedish, and Slovak translations. Seeds/Leechers display in torrent properties, finished torrent state on restart, the trayicon with Qt 4.2, new lines in the log widget with Qt 4.2, and prefix in the Makefile has been fixed. Errors are displayed to stderr instead of stdout. invalid_handle exceptions thrown by libtorrent are now caught. Torrents properties windows are closed when they are deleted. Debug is enabled when Qt 4.2.0 is detected (because of a bug in this version of Qt).
