Release Notes: Line detection now works more accurately. Page setup now uses detected page size. Directory processing has the ability to stop even when waiting for a long period.
Release Notes: The database is now used to manage PDF files to import. Forms are tracked by their SHA1 hash, and a form is only imported more than once if specified by the user. A list of forms that failed to import is also generated. Output to PSPP (SPSS) files is now supported.
Release Notes: queXF will now scale, rotate, and offset a page to better handle scanning irregularities. Missing page handling was improved by automatically entering a missing page into the set if only one page is missing from the set.
Release Notes: A page layout tool (pagesetup.php) has been added to make configuring queXF for your page layout easier. It is now possible to "watch" a directory on the Web server for new PDF files, which will be processed by queXF when they appear. Importing documents now uses less memory, as only one page will be resident at a time.
Release Notes: New features include output to CSV and the ability to reorder variables on a form using a drag and drop interface. A bug in importing forms where a barcode that was invalid was detected and the page disappeared has been fixed. Also, missingpages.php is now XHTML compatible.
Release Notes: The client's ability to view forms (in the /client subdirectory) was added. You can assign clients to forms by username, so they can review the forms over the Internet. Support was added for Codabar barcode (in addition to Interleaved 2 of 5).
Release Notes: Interactive banding of forms (faster, using AJAX, thanks to Prototype JS and Rectangular Marquee Tool). More accurate barcode detection. All pages are XHTML 1.1 compliant. Page size modifications are possible in config.inc.php. Banding zooming works without resetting the page.
Release Notes: Blank page detection was added. Interleaved 2 of 5 barcode is detected on a form. A long text box field was added. Windows executable was added for doing a quick installation (e.g. on a USB stick) using XAMPP. All bugfixes since 1.0.0 are included.
