Release Notes: A bug in the initial interviewer page, which was not changing based on the call/case state, was fixed along with a problem where the case outcome was not being correctly set in some cases. An almost complete Simplified Chinese translation has been added.
Release Notes: Bugs in the interface when displaying in a language other than English and also when using a customized respondent selection module were fixed. New features including the ability to remove all identifying information from a case, and to include shift report notes in data output. Translations have been updated. Release Notes: This is a single bugfix release. The queXS 1.10.0 database installation script would fail on a fresh installation. Please use queXS 1.10.1 for new installations. It is not essential for users of 1.10.0 to upgrade, although translations have been updated.
Release Notes: Two major new features have been introduced. Operators have been structurally separated from their extensions - this allows for interviewer "hot desking" where extensions are fixed. A questionnaire can be set up to allow for referrals, where an interviewer can generate a new case and sample record within an interview based on information collected from the current respondent. This feature is enabled under questionnaire management. In addition, timezone detection from phone numbers has been improved.
Release Notes: An auto-dialing feature has been added where you can specify for operators using VoIP to automatically dial the next available number after a period of delay. Some bugs related to translations and respondent self-completion have been resolved.
Release Notes: This release fixes a few bugs and adds some useful new features. New features are focused on the data output system. Metadata export has been improved to include case notes, case outcome, total interview time, interview time for the last call, the last number dialed, and the operator who made the last call. SPSS output now includes the caseid. Bugfixes include fixing the display of prefill fields and avoiding a database error at the start of interviews under certain circumstances.
Release Notes: A supervisor chat feature has been introduced which allows operators to chat with a supervisor within the queXS interface (while on a case). The chat is conducted over XMPP/Jabber so the supervisor can use a normal chat client/GMail chat and doesn't have to have the queXS site open in a web browser. The chat status/presence message includes the case the operator is currently on, to make assisting the operator easier.
Release Notes: New features include the ability to limit operators to view particular sample fields (available when importing a sample and also when managing existing samples). Also new is the "case status and assignment" function which allows for viewing of when cases will be available to operators, and the ability to assign the cases to particular operators for accessing right away (useful when managing very small samples, or near the end of a sample).
Release Notes: New features include the addition of a new token, IS_INTERVIEWER, which allows you to program separate instructions or logic in Limesurvey depending on whether an interviewer is administering the questionnaire via telephone, or if it is being self completed. Assigned samples to questionnaires can now be edited for maximum number of calls, etc. without having to remove and re-assign the sample files.
Release Notes: Some more bugs related to respondent self completion have been fixed, including sending email messages in UTF-8, text focusing, and last completed page position resetting. Better description and error messages are provided when creating a new operator. Cases from questionnaires which have been disabled will not appear for interviewers, and the message about no available cases will reflect this.
