Release Notes: The option 'dump_html_only_if_rpm_newer' has been added so that users can enable the comparison of file modification timestamps of the RPM file and dumped HTML file. When enabled, the HTML file is dumped for the RPM file only if the HTML file does not exist yet or its timestamp is older than that of the RPM file (by default, this is disabled to maintain the same behaviuor as previous releases).
Release Notes: Minor improvements and fixes: smoother RPM, reverted feature loss with RPM prior to 4.6, fixed typos in the man page, and removal of double open (which can bring speed-ups around 20%).
Release Notes: Preliminary support has been added for compilation against RPM.org's rpm 4.6 using rpmlegacy.h.
Release Notes: This release has no changes over 1.9.7, but some new features and many bugfixes over the last stable release.
Release Notes: Protection of email addresses has been enhanced. Broken enabling of GPG support has been fixed and full directory paths are no longer being used in the title of some pages.
