Fisheye rendering when "satellite cones" is selected was improved. The code compiles under gcc 4.0 and on Mac OS X with make ARCH=macosx. Geomview version and rendering detection were improved, which is useful for the upcoming Geomview 1.8.2 release. Coverage color keys are hidden when coverage or diversity checkboxes are unchecked.
