Simutrans is a transportation simulation game. Your goal is to establish a successful transport company and build the necessary infrastructure to transport passengers, mail, and goods between cities, factories, and tourist attractions by land, air, and water.

Release Notes: The Simutrans world now floats as a cut out of Earth. Stations show estimated times until the next transport to a destination. The restriction of having border heights at water level was removed. Raise and Lower tools now interact with the grid, not with tiles. Finance history distinguishes transport type. There is a new setting to allow background color changes. Departure and arrival times can now be displayed. The in-game pointer mechanics are updated. The houses can now be clustered. The natural slope at the map border can now be displayed/hidden.
Release Notes: This is mostly a bugfix release, attempting at fixing several issues around network games. Scenarios were also greatly extended. The maximum radius of factories of a chain is configurable. This release uses more colors to show height levels in minimap. The loading screen has been reworked graphically and in functionality. This release lowers the chance the OS will identify Simutrans as "not responding" when loading large files/paks. There are many extensions to the scenario.
