Release Notes: This release fixes a problem with the RepeatableCommandOption.getArgs method causing an IndexOutOfBounds exception. The version handling code has been refactored, but will require slight changes to existing code. New to this release is the addition of the config package and slight refactoring of the existing override mechanism. The original AppConfig, ConfigSupplier, and SQLProvider classes was deprecated in favor of a new mechanism. A new companion example project, libro, was added to demonstrate the use of key features of the library.
