termit is a terminal emulator based on the vte library. It includes tabs, bookmarks, the ability to switch encodings, and Lua-scripting.

    Release Notes: This release adds a new configuration option to show or hide GtkNotebook borders. The build system was fixed to check for incompatible versions of Gtk and Vte libraries. Compilation for OpenBSD was fixed. The commandline option "execute" now works nearly like in xterm.

      Release Notes: Terminal geometry setting was fixed. Scroll was added in the tab bar. A new tabPos option was added for the tab bar position (useful for wide screens). The build system was fixed for systems with several GTK+, Vte, or Lua libraries.

        Release Notes: The bug with hideSingleTab and hideTabbar was fixed. Tabs indexes are now similar to Lua-arrays indexes. Warnings in desktop-file were fixed. A Swedish translation was added.

          Release Notes: This release adds a new Lua function 'toggleTabbar' and a new option 'hideTabbar'. Polish and Danish translations were added. Documentation was fixed.

            Release Notes: Installing as non-root has been fixed. The foreground color is now applied for bold fonts. WM-specific options have been added: --name, --class, and --role. Spanish and German translations have been added, and the Hungarian translation has been updated.
