Usenet Indexer started out as an experiment to examine how fast a freetext index could be when on storing every word encountered in the text in a seperate file. For that reason it runs extremely well on reiserfs.

Release Notes: Reindexing and update-limits have been optimized. This release contains a major code restructure. Configuration has been moved to a separate file. Colors have been added, and the web interface has been enhanced. Groups and snips have been added to the backend. A bug that caused search to explode when many groups were selected has been fixed.
