Vastsky is a Linux-based cluster storage system that provides logical volumes (Linux block devices) to users by aggregating disks over a network.
Release Notes: Since version 2.1, Logical volume snapshot support, Eucalyptus EBS support, and TGT iscsi target support were added. Major internal reworking was done to improve robustness.
Release Notes: This is the first public release with the binary packages. Although no major changes were made since the previous version, there are miscellaneous improvements and bug fixes included. The storage manager database used by Vastsky 2.1 is incompatible with the one created by Vastsky 2.0. Unfortunately, there's no easy way to convert it. This means that when upgrading from Vastsky 2.0, you will lose your logical volume configurations.
Release Notes: This initial publilc release includes a Xen Cloud Platform SR driver and can be used as a storage backend for XCP (tested with XCP 0.5 RC1).
