Release Notes: A problem with Leviathan kills not being counted towards the Levi badge was fixed. The Android tablet flight model was improved. New touchscreen-specific tutorials for Android were provided.
Release Notes: The edit controls no longer delete everything inside if the first key pressed is backspace. Milanar/Prosus/Siepos MkII hive bots now give XP rewards. Ship cargo is now visible in the Load/Unload tab of conquerable stations. The sell price of items now shows up as 0c if the station doesn't want to purchase those items. A 'Save group' button was added in the weapon group tab to compensate for the fact that launching immediately after changing weapon groups doesn't properly save the weapon groups. A typo in the "Premium Ferric wanted" mission was fixed.
Release Notes: This release added a new manufacturing mission and associated item: Merged Cybernetics Array, located in the Bractus conquerable station. This uses one Neural Nodule from each of the major Hives (Milanar, Prosus, Siepos) to construct an element of a station or capship Master Computer. Improvements were made to orientation interpolation of remote ships. This should be visibly smoother under certain conditions, and also potentially remove some of the stuttering when one is turreted onto another player ship. Further improvements to interpolation will be forthcoming.
Release Notes: Mission postings are sanity checked, hopefully preventing any cases of non-functional Hive Skirmish missions. A shader error was fixed in the Android version. A bug with being unable to sell Synthetic Silksteel at stations has been fixed. The Windows version is better optimized due to the use of a newer C++ compiler.
Release Notes: New station textures were provided. Hives: Siepos in Serco space, Prosus Hive in Itani space, and Milanar in grayspace were updated. Each hive now has unique Neural Nodule drops, which will factor into "manufacturing" driven gameplay later. Hive problem relating to NPC mining ships attacking instead of mining were fixed along with a hive issue with bots not respawning in the Milanar hives. The frame limiter is now enabled by default and set to 120 frames per second.
Release Notes: Gray hive is now called the Milanar Hive, and is made entirely of specially named bots, including a new type of Collector. Many other changes will follow soon, with Siepos and Prosus hives appearing in Serco and Itani territory respectively. Different hives will have unique looks, drops, behaviours, etc. All will play into the Manufacturing (crafting) system. The client now includes a framerate limiter, under Options, Graphics. This can be set to a desired FPS, such as 60, to help newer hardware run cooler.
Release Notes: Increased detail and efficiency of some station textures, and many other small changes and updates to support the upcoming Android release.
Release Notes: Serco Vulture Guardian turbo drain was reduced from 60 to 56. Classes for recently-added bot drops were changed from "Special" to "Commodity" to support normal trade behaviour. Synthetic Silksteel is now dropped by static hive bots (different bots drop more/less often). A new Manufacturing Mission was added for the Latos Conquerable Station: Fused Composite Plating, and for the Pelatus Conquerable Station, Fluid Formable Silksteel Alloy. The direction for these, and other new missions will become clear in the near future, if it isn't already obvious from their in-station mission descriptions.
Release Notes: Eight new PCC missions were added. New drops from Hive bots were added: Synthetic Silksteel (most hive ships), Cybernetics Grade FF (mostly Guardians, Leviathan), andHive Nanite Replicator (mostly Collectors, Assaults, Leviathan). Many more diverse drops are coming, tying into crafting and other areas.
Release Notes: New Manufacturing Missions were added for the Neutron MkIII Turret, Aeolus Light Repair Turret, and FireCracker Turret. Missions are located only in conquerable stations. Each mission has a twice-per-day limit per user, to prevent trivial mass production. FireCracker turret is a unique new defensive weapon with high speed, high detonation force, and low damage, and is designed to knock an attacker off course.
