Release Notes: This version includes Git integration, improved configuration management capabilities, improved product and release management, improved notifications for support users, improved search capabilities, a new partner/company access mode, an improved quick-add feature on issues/tasks, improved SLA management, improved CRM (added company documents), many improvements in the "corporate chat" and the live support chat module, and much more.
Release Notes: All major browsers are now supported, including Opera, Chrome, and Safari. To be able to support all different workflow around issues/tasks, a rule engine has been created. This rule engine allows any combination of changes to trigger actions. A new calendar has been created to be able to get a multi-project overview. This calendar now allows for perfect on-site technician bookings. Two different chat modules have been created. One is for live support chat to be able to support external customers. The other one is an Enterprise chat, supporting internal communication.
Release Notes: This version includes a timeline with drag-drop and the possibility for multi-project overview. All reports now also have multi-project support. A lot of work has been done around the user management and you are now also able to connect documents and files to a user. This is also possible for contracts. The calendar function has been enhanced to make it possible to publish the calendar in iCalendar format. This version also has a chat module available, for enhanced communication.
Release Notes: The issues may now be planned in different releases with a Planning Board. This includes a view to move issues between versions. Advanced searching can be done with an easy GUI, making it possible to use Boolean operators. A view to see links between issues was added. The possibility to budget projects was added. An issue can bee assigned to a group and not only a user. A document can be made read-only. Many new reports were added.
Release Notes: Drag-and-drop possibilities were added in the Kanban-board and indexing/search in documents. Quite a few new features around configuration and issue management were also added.
