Zend Framework

Zend Framework is a framework for PHP 5 that is based on simplicity, object-oriented best practices, corporate friendly licensing, and a rigorously tested agile code base. It is focused on building more secure, reliable, and modern Web 2.0 applications and Web services, and consuming widely available APIs from leading vendors like Google, Amazon, Yahoo!, and Flickr, as well as API providers and cataloguers like StrikeIron and ProgrammableWeb.

    Release Notes: Zend_Loader::registerAutoload() now proxies to Zend_Loader_Autoloader, and marks the instance as a fallback autoloader. This will ensure equivalent functionality, and reduces the number of deprecation notices emitted to one. Many bugfixes and improvements were made in Zend_Application. Module generation capabilities were added to Zend_Tool. Strong object typing capabilities were added to Zend_Amf. Many more manual translations were included.
