nstreams is a program that analyzes the networks streams occuring on a network and prints them in a human readable form. This is useful when you want to set up a firewall but do not know your needs/the needs of your customers. nstreams can read tcpdump output files or directly listen on a given interface, and may even produce ipchains (Linux) or ipfw (BSD) firewall rules instead of printing the streams, letting you build your firewall automagically.
Number Theoretic bc is a fast prototyping scripting language for use in number theory. It allows you to operate on integer numbers with arbitrary precision and to use multiple dimension associative arrays. Its grammar is nearly similar to the grammar of C or bc. It supports using user defined functions written in C++ stored in .so libraries.
nuni is a boot loader for Linux that uses the ext2 file system and IDE drives. It avoids BIOS limitations by not using the BIOS, which eliminates relevance of cylinder 1024/disk geometry. It can boot Linux from any location up to 137gb, on any IDE drive, and it's not confused by presence of both IDE and SCSI drives.
