Open Site Builder Tools populates a predefined page template with information from content files, and generates the target Web site documents. It allows configuring menus and navigation bars on a per-directory or per-page basis. This approach lets you separate page layout development from content creation, and eliminates the need for an additional template rendering engine at runtime, thus saving your site processing power on each page served. Features include entities and macros substitution, automatic sitemap generation, a smart FTP uploader, and a build logs analyzer. The project site contains extensive documentation including a tutorial, a commands reference, and a sample site configuration.
Logapp is a wrapper utility that helps supervise the execution of applications that produce heavy console output (e.g. make, CVS, and Subversion). It does this by logging, trimming, and coloring each line of the output before displaying it. It can be called instead of the executable that should be monitored; it then starts the application and logs all of its console output to a file. The output shown in the terminal is preprocessed, e.g. to limit the length of printed lines and to show the stderr output in a different color. It is also possible to automatically highlight lines that match a certain regular expression. The output is therefore reduced to the necessary amount, and all important lines are easy to identify.
LinCE is a programming environment that is simple, pluggable, multiplatform, and multilanguage. LinCE allows you to create and load Ant projects, compile them, and browse errors line by line. It also allows you to execute PMD on Java projects. PMD is a tool that statically checks Java code, looking for potential problems. LinCE generates configuration GUIs from configuration Java objects. It has Apache Ant scripts for plugin development. LinCE provides technical documentation in Spanish.
Dependency Analyzer is a utility for graphically visualizing Maven2 artifact dependency graphs. It is using Maven embedder for resolving dependencies, and based the Java Universal Network/Graph Framework (Jung) for creating and visualizing the dependency graph. The Spring rich client is used for building the GUI.
