C-Cramp (the C-Cramp College Radio Audio Management Program) is a Web-based frontend to MySQL for managing the types of things that small radio stations might need: audio files, data, and "metadata"; DJ and staff information, schedules, live music and program logs, and all sorts of other data. Currently, a cross-platform PHP application is the focus of the project, but more features and types of programs are planned that will hopefully enable easier playback, storage, loading, and entering for all types of applicable data.
C/C++ Program Perfometer checks the performance of a C/C++ program and separate pieces of code for any metrics (e.g. uclocks, rusage metrics, metrics defined by the user, etc.). The measurement results are represented in detailed/summary reports. The detailed report has results for individual tests, and the summary one has average cost and its analysis. The comparison results are represented in comparative tables for individual comparison groups. The user may set various parameters in order to control the measurement/comparison process: measurement report and detailed measurement report flags, total iteration and tests, measurement scale, and confidence threshold.
CATPrep.com's GMAT Simulator is program designed to evaluate preparedness level for the Graduate Management Admissions Test. It allows you to supplement your preparation materials and practice quantitative, verbal, and AWA sections with realistic sample questions, including the new question types (bold-faced critical reasoning questions and tougher probability questions). Each simulated testing session offers answers, explanations, timing analysis, and an accurate scoring assessment.
CBT Combo is a Computer-Based Training program for K-12 teachers who use Linux. It is text based and supports full internationalization and localization. It is a combination of authoring and playback software, and allows everyone to create training courses for others on most subjects. It supports access through serial TTYs, telnet, console, and xterms. X11 is not required but is supported through xterm. It runs extremely well on older 386 and 486 systems as well as more modern systems.
Ccide reads C, C++, BASIC, or bash source code containing embedded decision tables from stdin, expands the tables, copies the remaining statements, and forms a compilable C or C++ source module, executable bash script, or interpretable BASIC program. Erratic side effects are avoided by evaluating all condition expressions at exactly the same time, and by performing all evaluations and actions in the original sequence.
CLC Free Workbench enables users to perform bioinformatics analyses and smooth data management, combined with excellent graphical viewing and output options. Some of the features are GenBank searching, including download facilities and full graphical overview; user-friendly graphical tools for viewing DNA, RNA, and protein sequences; full integration of data input, data management, calculations results, and data export; DNA, RNA, and protein alignment tools; reverse translation; restriction site analysis; and phylogenetic analyses.
CMScout is a CMS designed to enable Scout groups and Scouting related groups to easily create and maintain a Web site. CMScout gives the Web masters an easy-to-use interface to add and remove content and to format the site as they wish. CMScout includes advanced features such as forums, personal messenging, sub-sites, photo albums, articles, and much more.
COPASI is a software application for modeling and simulation of biochemical networks. The software package has a GUI that lets users define biochemical network models by entering chemical reactions and kinetic equations. A powerful simulation engine can then perform simulations of the dynamics of the networks and carry out many different computational analyses. COPASI can simulate dynamics using either an ODE approach or a stochastic chemical kinetics approach (Gillespie-type algorithms).
