Z88Transfer is a transfer utility written with Python and PyGTK that allows a Linux machine to send and receive files from Z88 computers (created in 1987 by Sir Clive Sinclair in his last computer company, Cambridge Computers). Z88transfer supports IMP-EXPORT, EAZYLINK, and PCLINK-II protocols, and can convert automagically between Abiword/RTF format and PipeDream, Z88's native format.
Originating from GDB/Armulator, the SkyEye project aims to provide an integrated simulation environment in Linux and Windows. It can currently simulate several popular embedded systems such as Atmel AT91 boards (from ARM7TDMI to ARM920T processors), ARM720T boards, StrongARM (SA1100/SA1110), and Xscale boards. It can run several operating systems such as ARM Linux, uClinux, and uc/OS-II (ucos-ii), and analyse or debug them at source level.
Mednafen is an OpenGL command-line driven multi-system emulator with many advanced features. It emulates the Atari Lynx, GameBoy (Color), GameBoy Advance, Neo Geo Pocket (Color), NES, PC Engine (TurboGrafx 16), PC-FX, SuperGrafx, and WonderSwan (Color) and has the ability to remap hotkey functions and virtual system inputs to a keyboard, a joystick, or both simultaneously. Save states are supported, as is real-time game rewinding. Screen snapshots may be taken at the press of a button, and are saved in the popular PNG file format.
Endpoint turns a Linux machine with one or more FireWire cards into an SBP-2 device. One can use any physical block device or file (disc image) as storage. With multiple clients, each can potentially access the SBP-2 devices from a unique FireWire bus and utilize the full bandwidth of that bus.
UMLMON is a complete run time environment for User Mode Linux. There is a separate monitor daemon for every VM. It creates the run time environment and starts the VM by executing the UML kernel. The daemon also determines the arguments that are passed to the UML kernel, and includes special support to set up arguments for memory size, virtual disks, virtual network interfaces, and console channels in a convenient way. UMLMON also includes routines to do certain administration tasks like the creation of disks.
