Angel's Destiny RPG is a game based on Final Fantasy 2. There is a system for overworld maps and a combat system which randomizes attacks from banding enemies. Thus you can fight in a side-view screen just as the FF2 combat phases. It features a small overland map with two full levels, including a town where you can talk to NPCs. The system provides for a room with attacks and one without.
Liquid War 6 is an original multiplayer wargame. You have to control an army formed with thousands of pixels that look like liquid, and try and eat your opponent. This is a total rewrite of the (now quite old) Liquid War 5 version. It's still in beta stage, with many imperfections and no network play but it's playable now.
Quabro is an arcade game in which the goal is to destroy colored blocks with a ball using four paddles on each side of the screen to steer the ball and keep it on the field. It is inspired by Breakout and Arkanoid, as well as several of clones created later. It is written in Python using the Pygame library.
BEWorld is a 2D top-scroller game written using the Brick Engine. It is similar to a real-time Nethack, but is more limited. It features both random and invariant maps, a map generator that should work in other games, support for compressed inline data (including music and sound effects), and more. It is intended to be a starting point for coders who are interested in developing similar games.
