Mercurial HeadQuarter is a Web service for managing Mercurial repositories. It allows the user to define contact names, define project descriptions, set up access (read and write), set which types of archives are allowed, define encoding charsets, hide/unhide projects, set the presentation style, and redirect access and error logs to files.
GloboNote is a desktop note taking application. It helps you to create to-do lists, reminders, and other notes in one place. There is no limit in the number of sticky notes you can create. Notes can be organized by groups and searched using the search tool. You can format a note's text, change its color, font, size, and transparency level. You can make a note sticky by setting it to always stay on top, or hide or roll-up a note when not use. You can set alarms, play custom alarm sounds (WAV, MP3, AIFF, and AU), attach files, insert images, and more.
mhvtl is a Linux-based virtual tape library. Supported tape emulations are IBM and HP LTO1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, Sony AIT4, STK T10000A, B, and C, and STK 9x40. It supports WORM, data, and cleaning media. Most applications work using STK L180/L700 library emulation. It has been successfully used with NetBackup, BackupExec, NetWorker, TSM, Oracle Secure Backup, and many other programs.
Fairmount mounts the contents of a video DVD on a Mac OS X machine as though it were normal filesystem. It is so named because it enables fair use of the content. It does not itself supply DVD reading code, but instead requires that a DVD library from videolan.org be installed separately. Fairmount was originally developed by Metakine and released under the GPL, but they have ceased to develop or distribute it. This version is a fork of their original code.
fundest is a C/C++ library for robust, non-linear fundamental matrix estimation. The fundamental matrix is a singular 3x3 matrix which relates corresponding points in two views according to the epipolar constraint. fundest computes an estimate which minimizes an appropriate non-linear cost function defined on matching points (currently either Sampson error or symmetric distance of points from their epipolar lines) and includes robust regression techniques for coping with outliers (i.e., mismatched point pairs).
SecQua is a tool that quantifies the security of a given Information System, using a novel security metric. It tries to provide a deterministic, unbiased, objective, and efficient measurement. The approach is vulnerability driven and uses the National Vulnerability Database. A security metric must answer questions such as "How secure am I?", "Am I better compared to my last checkpoint/year?", "Am I spending the right amount of money for security?", "How do I compare to my peers?", and "What risk transfer options do I have?". SecQua can state that a system is now 60.2% secure, when last month it was 46.5%. Moreover, it tries to depict how vulnerability patterns expose the information system over time.
Treba is a commandline tool for training, decoding, and calculating with weighted (probabilistic) finite state automata (WFSA/PFSA). Training algorithms include Baum-Welch (EM), Viterbi training, and Baum-Welch augmented with deterministic annealing. Treba is optimized for speed and numerical stability, and training algorithms can be run multi-threaded on hardware with multiple cores/CPUs. Forward, backward, and Viterbi decoding are supported. Automata for training/decoding are read from a text file, or can be generated randomly or with uniform transition probabilities with different topologies (ergodic or fully connected, Bakis or left-to-right, or deterministic). Observations used for training or decoding are read from text files compatible with AT&T finite state tools and OpenFST.
