The GTK Programmer's Calendar is intended for people who think about time in terms of files and projects, and for people for whom what happened is more important that what will happen (e.g., "what projects did I work on last Thursday?" or "My last three days of work needs to be thrown away; how do I get it out?").
The wftk is a relatively complete initial implementation of a workflow engine. It is implemented as a library to allow workflow functionality to be embedded in arbitrary applications. Data and activities are represented internally as XML structures, and all interfaces to external systems are organized into adapters to allow fairly easy interaction with any pre-existing software environment. The wftk compiles in both Unix and Win32 environments. Example adaptors already implemented are ODBC and Oracle under Windows, and MySQL for both Unix and Windows. There is an SMTP adaptor for Win32 and Unix, used for outgoing notifications. Storage of data is in local file directories or in databases.

Hep Message Server is software that transfers messages between different messaging systems. Eventually, it should transparently route messages between email, weblogs, and instant messaging. Currently Hep does one thing: fetches news feeds from Web sites and lets you view them in your email client.
Care2x (formerly Care 2002) is software for hospitals and health care organizations. It is designed to integrate the different information systems existing in these organizations into a single efficient system. It solves the problems inherent in a network of multiple programs that are incompatible with each other. It can integrate almost any type of services, systems, departments, clinics, processes, data, or communication that exist in a hospital. Its design can even handle non-medical services or functions like security or maintenance. All of its functions can be accessed with a Web browser, and all program modules are processed on the server side.
