openSCADA is a Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition System. It is platform independent and based on a modern system design that provides security and flexibility at the same time. It is flexible. It is not an out of the box solution, but a set of tools that can be combined in many different ways. It provides development libraries, interface applications, mass configuration tools, and front-end and back-end applications. It is used 24/7 in several installations around this world. Support is available from IBH SYSTEMS GmbH.
Project Utgard is a sub-project of the openSCADA project. It's focused on creating a completely Java and open source OPC interface for the openSCADA project. In order to create clean interfaces between both worlds, a separate project was created which only covers OPC specific functionality which can also be used outside openSCADA to create OPC software.
phpMyRecipes is a simple Web-based application for storing and retrieving recipes. It implements security to allow recipes to be searched and viewed by anyone, but all functions involving changes require additional privileges to be granted by the administrator. Recipes are categorized, and new categories are easy to create. Ingredients are added to the database on-the-fly as they are used in recipes. Unit types (such as "cup" or "teaspoon") are also stored in the database, and unit "plurals" are also handled correctly. A robust search feature that supports a wide range of criteria, including words found (or not found) in the instructions, the recipe name, category, and ingredients list is included.
pichart is a GUI for pigrammar, an assembler and programmer for picloader-programmed devices. pichart offers a user-friendly interface, making programming PIC chips easy. rt_x10 is a kernel module that provides a realtime driver for the X10 "two way power line interface" device (Model TW523). X10 is a protocol for sending signals over power lines. This is useful for relatively cheap components (motion sensors, light switches, etc) that make home automation feasible for the average consumer.
rtorstat is a simple Web page generator that shows status information about the rTorrent bittorrent client. This makes it possible to quickly have an overview of your torrent list from a remote location without having to log into the remote machine that actually runs rTorrent. sda12 is a package of software for working with the B&B Electronics 485SDA12 RS-485 analog and digital data acquisition device. It includes a command line program, an XML-RPC server program, and a C++ programming library to provide access to the module's analog inputs, digital inputs, and outputs. You can read the analog input voltages, set the digital output lines, set the module address, and do anything else the device's programming interface allows.
