sansa:AIFF is a Java package for reading and writing AIF files (Audio Interchange File Format, or, shorter, Audio IFF). It was written for the Sansa Project, a set for sound synthesis tools which uses the Audio IFF as default for sound files. sansa:AIFF is a complete implementation of the Audio Interchange File Format, including markers and loops.
Sardine is a next generation WebDAV client for Java. It is intended to be simple to use and does not implement the full WebDAV client spec. Instead, the goal is to provide methods for most use case scenarios when working with a WebDAV server. The code needs to run as fast as possible and use the latest released Apache HttpComponents.
Sashenka is yet another framework for building IRC clients and bots. It contains a J2EE Servlet Container for running IRCServlets, along with the necessary utilities and accessories to write bots following the J2EE Servlet model. Another aspect of Sashenka is the IRC framework which implementors may very easily incorporate into IRC clients or other bot engines of their own design.
Scilla answers media file requests and takes conversion parameters for various media converters. Manipulated media files can be cached for future requests. Scilla is designed to take requests using the servlet API. A HttpServlet is included, and it maps path-info to a file and passes request parameters to converters.
screen-scraper is a tool for extracting data from Web sites. It works much like a database that provides access to the information of the Web. It provides a graphical interface allowing you to designate URLs, data elements to be extracted, and scripting logic to traverse pages and work with scraped data. Once these items have been created, screen-scraper can be invoked from external languages such as .NET, Java, PHP, and Active Server Pages. It can be scheduled to scrape information at periodic intervals, and can automatically write extracted data to CSV files.
sdljava is a Java binding for the SDL API. It provides the ability to write games and other applications in Java. It is designed to be fast, efficient and easy to use. Full support for access to audio, keyboard, mouse, joystick, 2D framebuffer, and 3D hardware is provided. It also provides a native binding to OpenGL (via GLEW) and a binding to FTGL.
