Pydiction consists of a Vim plugin and a Python script that allows programmers to tab-complete their Python code in Vim by generating a dictionary file of Python modules, and their attributes and methods. It comes with a default dictionary containing the entire Python standard library, keywords, built-ins, and many 3rd-party modules like Numpy, Django, Flask, Requests, Twisted, PyQT4, Pygame, OpenGL, wxPython, PyGTK, MySQLdb, Psycopg2, and more.
This is a PHP class that attempts to validate a given e-mail address at four levels: matching the address against a RFC compliant regular expression; checking whitelists and blacklists of domains with typing mistakes, disposable email addresses, and temporary and fake domains; verifying the existence of the destination SMTP server by verifying the respective DNS MX record; and connecting to that server to see if the given address is accepted as a valid recipient. The class also features a debugging output option that lets you see the remote SMTP server connection and data exchange dialog to see the real cause why an apparently valid address may not be accepting messages.
The Boehm-Demers-Weiser conservative garbage collector can be used as a garbage collecting replacement for C malloc or C++ new. It is also used by a number of programming language implementations that use C as intermediate code. Alternatively, it may be used as a leak detector for C or C++ programs. A slightly older version of the garbage collector is also included as part of the GNU compiler (gcc) distribution.
The minfx project is a Python package for numerical optimization. It provides a large collection of standard minimization algorithms, including the line search methods (steepest descent, back-and-forth coordinate descent, quasi-Newton BFGS, Newton, and Newton-CG), the trust-region methods (Cauchy point, dogleg, CG-Steihaug, and exact trust region), the conjugate gradient methods (Fletcher-Reeves, Polak-Ribiere, Polak-Ribiere +, and Hestenes-Stiefel), the miscellaneous methods (Grid search, Simplex, and Levenberg-Marquardt), and the augmented function constraint algorithms (logarithmic barrier and method of multipliers).
ICU provides a Unicode implementation, with functions for formatting numbers, dates, times, and currencies (according to locale conventions, transliteration, and parsing text in those formats). It provides flexible patterns for formatting messages, where the pattern determines the order of the variable parts of the messages, and the format for each of those variables. These patterns can be stored in resource files for translation to different languages. Included are more than 100 codepage converters for interaction with non-unicode systems.

libx1f4l2 is a data structures library. Featured are self balancing BSTs and self balancing BST backed lists. The BST (binary search tree) selection includes AVL, red/black, AA, and RBST trees in simple, parent pointer, and threaded flavors. The BST backed lists are all-purpose lists, allowing for sequential and random access. The complexity for most operations is log(N), including reading, inserting, and deleting, random or sequential. Other library features include pointer sets and tries. A collection of demo, test, and data structure comparison programs is included.
