Ezphpconfig generates a set of PHP configuration classes from a supplied XML file. You can then access your configuration values very quickly without having to parse the XML file on every request. The element (tag) names become property names and the text contained in the elements becomes the property's value. It also supports nested elements. If the generated PHP file is older than the XML file, it is re-generated using the data in the newer XML file. This class also supports array types using the element inside an element whose type attribute is set to "array".
CSS Compressor is a Java library and utility for reducing the size of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS). It uses many approaches for reducing CSS files: whitespace and comment stripping, merging selectors with identical rules, using short-hand color representations, omitting semi-colons and units where unnecessary, short-hand box-model properties, and many other small tweaks.
ShortPHP was designed to be the shortest, smallest, quickest Web framework possible. The code is currently less than 4KB in size and is just under 100 lines. In some ways, you could say that it follows the MVC (Model-View-Controller) paradigm, but since it has no database-related code (it is completely file-based) it's more of a VC (View-Controller) system. It's up to the developer to use whatever tools are deemed fit. ShortPHP is fully E_STRICT compliant.
libtelnet is a small library for writing telnet protocol handlers in C. It uses a fully correct state machine model and full RFC 1143 (Q Method) option negotiation. It includes optional support for MUD-specific protocol extensions such as MCCP2 and ZMP. Several test programs are included, such as the very useful telnet-proxy utility.
drizzle-php-ext is a PHP front end for the Drizzle client and protocol library (libdrizzle). It aims to provide a simple interface closely tied to the C library by minimizing interface changes, avoiding duplicate code, and not introducing any new functionality that is not PHP specific.
