HOPP is a function-oriented, programmer-friendly PHP library. It provides libraries for a custom static cache, WYSIWYG editable templates, database abstraction, authentication, calendar-based directory navigation, common MIME types, custom debug and error logging, and featureful and abuse-resistant poll generation.
LKMB is a Perl module that can be used to create a kernel module package, that can later be used to create a package that can be bootstrapped on any GNU machine. It is incomplete, but still partially usable. LKMB is part of the Comprehensive Linux Archive Network (CLAN) meta-project.
libpfm is a helper library to use on Linux/ia64 to set up the parameters to pass to the kernel performance monitoring interface (perfmon). The library encapsulates most of the IA-64 PMU model-specific information, such as event encodings and constraints. It provides a generic interface as well as model-specific extensions giving access to ALL the features of each PMU model. The library currently supports the Itanium and Itanium 2 CPU models. It is used by the pfmon tool.
