Symbiose is a WebOS, a Web desktop which is accessible from any Web browser. It works like Linux, using the same filetree, UI management, software update system, and commands (ls, cd, etc.). It offers file management (sending/downloading, basic operations, copy-and-paste, drag-and-drop, etc.), a text editor with syntax highlighting and automatic indentation, a music and video player, a word processor, an archive manager, management of system parameters (such as appearance, users, quotas, interfaces, and software sources), a software center, an updates manager similar to apt-get, FTP server, DropBox, and Google Drive mounting (with integration of these services in Symbiose storage), and more.
Enterprise Audit Shell (EAS) allows organizations to centrally audit and report UNIX shell access. Unlike Sudosh, the audit logs are sent to a centralized archive and reporting server. Client server authentication and encryption is handled by SSL. It was specifically designed for enterprise, commercial use.
Microweber is a drag-and-drop Web content management system that makes it possible to create Web sites without any programming. You can edit text directly on the site and see the results in real-time rather than having to constantly reload the page. You can also reorder site elements and extend them using custom modules such as galleries and contact forms. Every aspect of your page’s elements can be changed, including their skin.
The XEVM is an XML processing engine. It's a multi-threaded, Pub/Sub environment for dynamic programming on an event-driven state machine with TCP communications, tight fault free memory management, powerful set algebra, and a magical database. It is 100% C++ (25,000 LOC), with a thin porting layer; there are implementations for POSIX (Mac/Linux) and Win32. The XEVM is for processing XEPL (the Xepl Engine Programming Language).
PHP Script Register, Login Users registers and logs users into a website, and shows the online users. It has options to log in with Facebook or with a Google account. It includes a "Remember" button which gives the ability to automatically log in the user on the next visit. If the user forgets the password, the script can send it by email. Each user has a personal page which contains an image uploaded by the user, the registration date, the last visit date, the number of visits/logins, and other personal data (name, pronoun, birthday, personal website, occupation, and hobby). On the personal page, the user can modify the password and the email address added to registration, then he/she will receive an email message with the new data. The script displays the total number of users, the last registered user, and the online users.
